China Coal Group Independently Developed Smoke-Type Plant Protection UAV Successful Test Flight

Recently, the Heke X616-W smoke plant protection UAV, independently developed by Shandong Caterpillar Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd. of Shandong China Coal Group, has been successfully tested, which is another major breakthrough of our group in the field of plant protection UAV.

It is reported that the conventional spraying equipment equipped with ordinary plant protection UAV is not ideal for fruit trees, and the medicinal liquid can not guarantee the penetration, while the medication of forest trees and fruit trees is mostly artificial backpack smoker or air dispenser, which has poor effect at high altitudes, and people and medicinal liquid are liable to be poisoned when contacted too closely. In order to overcome the existing shortcomings, our company independently developed the Heke X616-W smoke-type plant protection UAV. The smoke-type UAV and plant-protection UAV are connected by fastening device, and the way of starting and extinguishing the smoke-type UAV is changed to combine with plant-protection UAV control system. The smoke-type UAV workers are controlled by plant-protection UAV remote controller wirelessly. As a result, the combination of plant protection UAV and smog machine has many advantages, such as simple operation, convenience, fast, safety factor and so on. All performance indexes have reached the national standard, and now they have entered the stage of small batch production.

In recent years, our group has actively responded to the national vigorous promotion of the "Machine Replaces Man" plan and established the China Coal Industry Intelligent Research Institute. By introducing advanced technology concepts of robots from abroad, we have developed intelligent products suitable for our country. We have successively successfully developed industrial intelligent robots, restaurant service robots, intelligent home robots and so on. Entertainment robots, fire-fighting robots, agricultural plant protection UAVs, fire-fighting UAVs, patrol UAVs, aerial photo UAVs, intelligent security equipment and other high-end intelligent products. The successful test flight of smoke-type plant protection UAVs is another major breakthrough in the field of UAVs in the Group, which will further enhance the Group's wisdom.
