The overhead electric locomotive is a new product of our company. Its power supply voltage is 250V, 550V, and the reduction box is a cone and cylindrical two-stage gear transmission. It has the characteristics of thick body side panels, good rigidity, long gear life, large traction and fast speed. Due to the use of V-type rubber shock absorbers, it has good cushioning, shock absorption, noise reduction performance and small curve power passing performance.

1. Check the collision, tightening and transmission of each system of the narrow gauge locomotive mechanical part, check the configuration and connection of each device of the electrical system, and check the lubrication system.

2. Pay attention to the operation of the narrow gauge locomotive at any time, such as abnormal sounds, odors, find problems, stop inspections. Check whether the load of the locomotive pulled by the locomotive is overloaded, the locomotive does not operate without lighting, and the locomotive does not operate without an alarm.

3. The shift driver will record the problems found in the shift and the maintenance process in detail on the shift book. After checking the record book, the driver will handle the problems left at work.
