Frame:

2. The buffer device is fixed firmly. The spring is not broken, and the telescopic length is not less than 30mm. The connection device is reliable, the wear of the contact pin hole and the connection pin does not exceed 20% of the original size, and the rigid contact does not exceed 25%.

3. There are no cracks or severe wear on the balanced beams, springs and hangers. The thickness of each leaf of the leaf spring should be the same, and it should keep the bow shape when carrying.

Wheel pairs:

1. The remaining thickness of the wheel tread wear is not less than 50% of the original thickness, the depth of the tread groove does not exceed 5mm, the height of the wheel flange does not exceed 30mm, and the thickness of the wheel flange does not exceed 30% of the original thickness. If it exceeds 2mm, the diameter difference between the front and rear wheels shall not exceed 4mm.

2. There must be no cracks on the axle, the depth of scratches should not exceed 2.5mm, and the amount of journal wear should not exceed 5% of the original diameter. The gap between the bearing box, gear box bearing box and the guide plate: no more than 5mm along the driving direction; no more than 9mm along the axle direction, the gear box is firmly fixed without damage and oil leakage.

Braking device:

1. Mechanical and electric braking devices are complete and reliable, the brake handwheel can rotate flexibly, the screw and nut are not loose, the connecting pins are not loose, and there is no shortage of oil, and the remaining thickness of brake shoe wear is not less than 10mm. The same brake The thickness difference between the two brake shoes of the rod is not more than 10mm. In the fully released brake state, the gap between the brake shoe and the wheel tread is 3-5mm.

2. When the brake is tight, the contact area is not less than 60%. The gap adjustment device is flexible and reliable. The height difference between the two ends of the brake beam is not more than 5mm.
