Why Is It Strictly Forbidden To Use Trolley Electric Locomotive In The Mine Return Airway

The reasons for prohibiting the use of trolley electric locomotives in the coal mine return airway are as follows:

The roadway through which the wind enters is called the wind entrance.

The roadway used for the whole mine or one wing of the mine is called the total inlet road;

The roadway for air inlet for several mining areas is called the main air inlet roadway;

The roadway used for air intake in a mining area is called the mining area air inlet lane;

The roadway used for air inlet of a working face is called working face air inlet.

The lane through which the return air flow passes is called return air lane.

The roadway for the return air of the whole mine or one wing of the mine is called the total return airway;

The roadway used for returning air in several mining areas is called the main return airway;

The roadway for the return air in a mining area is called the return air lane in the mining area;

The roadway for returning air to a working face is called working face return airway.

All-headed roadways with a length of more than 6M without ventilation or poor ventilation are collectively called blind lanes. A large number of high-depth gas and other harmful gases often accumulate in blind lanes, which is a major hidden danger that leads to accidents of asphyxia and gas explosion.

For the above reasons, it is strictly forbidden to use trolley electric locomotive in the return airway of coal mine.
