The Reason Of Wheel Set Bearing Temperature Of Electric Locomotive

Electric locomotive is a kind of traction equipment for rail vehicle transportation. The power is to use traction motor to drive the wheels to rotate, and to make the locomotive run on the track by means of the friction between the wheel and the rail surface.

Causes of too high  locomotive  wheelset bearing temperature:

① The bearing is short of oil or damaged;
② The bearing clearance is too small;
③ The bearing cover is skewed with a card bearing;
④ The bearing housing and the bearing box are loose and relatively rotated.
