Check whether there is voltage output at pin 1 of controller a socket. If yes, check the narrow gauge locomotive power contactor DC and related circuits. If there is no voltage output at pin 1 of controller a socket, check whether pin 1 and 4 are connected and whether the control board is normal,Check whether the reversing contactor is connected, whether the motor and corresponding lines are disconnected, and whether the carbon brush is excessively worn, and repair or replace it. Check the voltage of 4 and 5 pins of B socket. If 5 pins have 15V, and 4 pins have no voltage (given output), the photoelectric setter is broken, repair or replace it; if 5 pins have no 12V output, the control board is broken and needs to be replaced.
The narrow gauge locomotive cannot operate at full speed after a period of time. It is necessary to check the battery voltage and whether it is over discharged. The undervoltage protection circuit of the control board acts to limit the current. At this time, the battery needs to be charged. At the same time, it is necessary to touch the temperature of the aluminum heat sink to see whether it exceeds the set limit current and cannot operate at full speed. At this time, it can only work after the machine cools down.
It should be noted that when the underground mining electric locomotive needs to stop immediately in case of emergency, the brake device should be operated for braking.
