Inspection Items Of Battery Locomotive Used For Mine Gas?

Battery locomotive plays the role of transporting ore, waste rock, materials, equipment and personnel in the mine gas, and the mine gas will inevitably explode, eject accidents, and directly lead to the casualties of miners in serious cases. Therefore, it is necessary for us to do all kinds of inspections when we use battery locomotive.

(1) Check whether the lever and pin shaft of the brake system are in good condition, whether the action is flexible, and inject oil.

(2) Check the wear of the brake shoe, replace the worn and over resistance brake shoe; check the clearance between the brake shoe and the wheel tread, if it exceeds the requirements, adjust it in time; remove the dirt on the adjusting screw and the brake shoe.

(3) Check whether the wheel has cracks, whether the tyre is loose and whether the wheel tread is worn.

(4) Check the transmission gear and gear cover for looseness and wear.

(5) Check the frame spring for cracks and failure, remove the dirt on the spring, and inject oil between the hinge point and the equalizing beam.

(6) Check whether the bolt pin shaft and split pin of the vehicle body and each part are complete, whether the bolts are tight, and whether the connection between the pin shaft and the split pin is good. In particular, the device for hanging traction motor shall be inspected carefully.

(7) Check the connecting device for damage and excessive wear.

(8) Check whether battery locomotive all parts of the sand removal system are complete and well connected, whether the sand pipe is blocked, whether it is aligned with the track center, and whether the distance from the wheel and the track meets the requirements.

(9) Check whether the spring pressure of the receiver is sufficient, whether the sliding plate is broken and worn beyond the limit, and whether the frames, bolts and pins are complete and complete.

(10) Check whether the battery locomotive resistor is broken, whether the terminals are loose, and clean the dust.

(11) Test whether the mechanical locking device of the controller is reliable and whether the connecting terminals 0 are loose; check the burning loss of each contact of the controller, especially the frequently used contact.

(12) Check the condition of traction motor, bearing bush and oil tank immediately after the motor car is stopped. Check whether the temperature of motor exceeds (75 ℃) and whether the temperature of bearing bush exceeds (65 ℃), remove the dust in the oil tank, and fill and change the oil regularly.

(13) Check whether the underground mining locomotive lighting lamp is in good condition and the brightness is enough, and the fuse shall meet the requirements. Check regularly to keep the locomotive clean and drive in a civilized way. When the driver leaves, he must cut off the power supply, brake the brake tightly, park on the safety line, and have good lighting and warning signs.

In addition, when the underground mining locomotive needs to stop immediately in case of emergency, the operator shall operate the brake device for braking.
