Because the electric locomotive transportation is a dynamic process with fast speed, long transportation distance, frequent driving times in roadways and frequent contact with underground personnel, the possibility of personal accidents is relatively high. In order to ensure safety, in the transportation of electric locomotives, besides safety measures must be taken to ensure the safety of locomotives and personnel, and enhance the sense of self-protection and mutual security of pedestrians.
