How To Operate Explosion-Proof Battery Electric Locomotive Safely

The explosion-proof battery electric locomotive is different from the ordinary battery electric locomotive. It is equipped with explosion-proof special power supply device and explosion-proof motor and electrical appliances, so it has explosion-proof performance and is widely used in the transportation of explosive dangerous mine roadways such as gas, coal dust and so on. In order to prevent accidents, we must prevent them before they happen. The following are safety and its precautions.

1. Explosion-proof battery electric locomotive is a special explosion-proof battery electric locomotive for coal mine. It is used in coal (rock) mine with high gas content and gas ejection area in the main ventilation tunnel with full pressure ventilation.

2. The driver must drive according to the signal instruction, and must send out the driving signal before driving. It is strictly forbidden to lean head or body out of the locomotive during operation. When the driver leaves the locomotive, he must cut off the power supply of the motor and tighten the brake, but he must not turn off the lamp.

3. Locomotives must be regularly overhauled and checked regularly to find hidden dangers and deal with them in time. The locomotive shall not be used for any abnormal or explosion-proof part of the braking device, bolt connector and sand-spraying device.

4. If the locomotive parts have abnormal odor, noise and clamping phenomenon, and abnormal heating phenomenon (bearing heating temperature does not exceed 95 degrees) occurs in the electrical parts and bearing parts, the locomotive parts should be stopped for inspection and timely treatment.
