Explosion-proof battery electric locomotive is widely used in mines with gas because of its non-spark detonation risk, and its products have excellent use advantages. Life often encounters wear and tear and technical failure, some people often do not know how to deal with, today our company mainly in these two aspects to solve your confusion.
1. Mechanical wear: The wear caused by scraping and rolling each other due to the micro-roughness of the friction surface is called mechanical wear.
2. Abrasive wear: The abrasive wear is caused by the scratching of hard particles on the friction surface, which is called abrasive wear.
3. Adhesive wear: Under heavy-duty working conditions, due to poor lubrication between friction surfaces, excessive unit pressure and high friction speed, friction pairs generate a large amount of friction heat which can not be lost, and these heat is transmitted to the deep layer of parts. High temperature softens the material, even melts and fuses the particles at individual contact points. Due to molecular gravity, these melted particles adhere to another friction surface from this friction surface. When the fusion strength exceeds the internal strength of the material, deep tearing occurs, which causes severe wear and makes the friction surface more rough and uneven.
4. Fatigue wear: The wear of friction pairs working under alternating load is called fatigue wear, because the surface deformation changes repeatedly, which causes surface hardening or micro-cracks, and finally causes surface metal spalling.
5. Corrosion and wear: chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion.
