Electric locomotive is a common conveying device in coal mine. Today we talk about the operation of electric locomotive.

1. Insert the key into the designated position, then turn the reverse handle to point forward or backward.

2. Rotate the main handle, if the locomotive starts running, indicating that the locomotive's electrical circuit is normal, it can continue to rotate the handle, so that the locomotive can start to run at full voltage. Don't move too fast, so as not to cause excessive current impact and cause idle wheels.

3. During starting or running, if wheel idling occurs, sand should be removed and adhesion increased to eliminate idling, or the main handle should be returned to zero and restarted.

4. In locomotive operation, attention should be paid to whether there is abnormal sound or odor, whether there is overheating in bearing parts, and if problems are found, stop inspection should be carried out to eliminate them.
