Explosion-proof battery locomotives are widely used in mines with gas because they have no spark-free explosion. The products themselves have excellent use advantages. In life, we often encounter wear and technical failures. Some people often don't know how to deal with them. Today, our company mainly solves the confusion of everyone.
1. Mechanical wear: The wear caused by mutual scraping due to the microscopic unevenness of the friction surface is called mechanical wear.
2. Abrasive wear: due to the existence of hard particles between the friction surface caused by the scraping effect of the wear, called abrasive wear.
3. Adhesive wear: Under the heavy load working condition, the friction pair has poor lubrication between the friction surfaces, the unit pressure is too large, and the friction speed is high, so that a large amount of friction heat is generated in the friction pair, and the heat is transmitted to the parts. Deep inside. High temperatures soften the material and even melt and fuse the particles at individual points of contact. Due to the gravitational action of the molecules, these molten particles adhere from the friction surface to the other friction surface. When the welding strength exceeds the internal strength of the material, deep tearing occurs, causing severe wear and making the friction surface rougher and uneven.
4. Fatigue wear: The friction pair working under alternating load conditions, because the surface deformation is repeated, causing the surface to be cold hardened or microcracks, and finally the surface metal peeling is formed, which is called fatigue wear.
5. Corrosion wear: divided into chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion.
