How To Do Well The Maintenance Work Of Battery Electric Locomotive

With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, electric locomotive have become the main mode of mine transportation in China, and occupy an increasingly important position. But in our use, there will inevitably be some small problems. Today, let's take a look at how to do a good job in the maintenance of battery electric locomotive?

1. Check the wear condition of brake shoe, replace the brake shoe and adjust the clearance of brake shoe to ensure that the brake shoe can work normally.

2. Check whether the brake, transmission rod (chain) and its connecting parts of the brake system are normal, complete and flexible. Whether the connection of transmission parts is loose.

3. Check whether the wheel is cracked, whether the tyre is loose, and whether the wheel tread is worn, so that the wheel is always in the best condition.

4. Check whether the gearbox (cover) is firmly fixed and whether there is oil leakage to avoid damage caused by oil leakage.

5. Check the spring, hanger and equalizing beam for cracks and serious wear.

6. Check the connecting device and make sure there is no damage or wear out.

7. Whether the sanding device is flexible and reliable, and whether the sand outlet is aligned with the center of the rail surface.

8. Check whether the air compressor operates normally, whether the air pipe leaks, and discharge the waste oil and water in the air storage tank.

9. Check whether the reversing port, carbon brush and brush holder of air compressor and electric locomotive motor are normal.
