For the development of the entire mining industry, transportation equipment plays a vital role. In recent years, wire-type electric locomotives have attracted much attention from everyone, so they often appear in mines. So today, let's take a look at the operating procedures of the trolley locomotive.
1. Drivers must be qualified before driving with a driving license. The driver should be proficient in the performance of the wired electric locomotive vehicle and the curve, fork, crossroad, overhead line, signal, etc. of the transportation line.
2. Before the trolley locomotive works, the driver should check and be sure that the brakes are flexible, the lighting is good, the appearance is free of defects, and the line tracks are free of obstacles. The driver is not allowed to drink alcohol before the shift, he is not allowed to sleep while driving, and he is not allowed to do anything unrelated to driving.
3. Push the reversing handle in the desired direction, ring the bell twice, loosen the hand brake slightly, and release the brake to drive after one word, reducing the impact of the wire-type electric locomotive. The curve decelerates and the bells slow down. Keep the distance between the front and the rear more than 50 meters.
4. When there is a lead-out line in the vehicle, close the electric door and pull the bow to prevent damage to the relay. The main handle of the controller is only allowed to move step by step. It must not slide down a few times, and it must not stay between the two positions, otherwise it will cause the arc to burn the contacts.
5. Normal Narrow Gauge Locomotive working brakes are braked by handwheels. Reverse electric brakes can only be sent when personal equipment accidents are about to occur. The maintenance team leader should be notified in time after each reverse electric brake. In case of power failure, immediately turn the handle to the zero position.
6. In the event of a wiring failure, track damage should be reported to the district manager in a timely manner. When discovering equipment failures and hidden dangers, they should immediately report to the leader and notify the maintenance team leader.
