Narrow Gauge Locomotive
The explosion-proof electric locomotive is different from the ordinary battery type narrow gauge locomotive. The explosion-proof electric locomotive is equipped with special explosion-proof power supply device and explosion-proof electric motor, which makes the whole vehicle have explosion-proof performance, so it is suitable for the transportation of mine tunnels with explosive risks such as gas and coal dust.
Last time, we talked about five types of explosion-proof electric narrow gauge locomotive. Today, let's take a look at other models of explosion-proof electric vehicles.
(6) Sand filled mold "Q"
It is a kind of powder material filled with sand or other specified characteristics in the shell, so that under the specified use conditions, the electric arc or high temperature generated in the shell can not ignite the surrounding explosive gas environment.
(7) Casting type "m"
The electrical components that may produce sparks, electric arcs or dangerous temperature parts that may cause explosion of explosive mixture shall be sealed in the pouring agent (compound) so that it cannot ignite the explosive mixture around.
(8) Air tight "H"
This type of explosion-proof narrow gauge locomotive adopts airtight enclosure. That is to say, explosive gas mixture in the environment cannot enter the inside of the equipment shell. The hermetic shell is sealed by melting, extruding or gluing. Most of the shell is not removable to ensure permanent air tightness.
(9) Electrical equipment for combustible dust environment
Limit the maximum surface temperature of the enclosure and use the "dust tight" or "dust-proof" enclosure to limit the dust entry, so as to prevent the ignition of combustible dust.
(10) Special explosion-proof electrical equipment "s"
It refers to the explosion-proof type not included in the national standard, which can be temporarily formulated by the competent department, and the electrical equipment with explosion-proof performance can be inspected and approved by the designated explosion-proof inspection unit.
