The battery locomotive is driven by the direct current provided by the battery through flameproof bolts, controllers, resistance boxes and other components to drive the motor to drive the train. The battery electric locomotive indicator provides safety guarantee for the use of the electric locomotive. There will be a certain threat to safety. At this time, we must timely check the failure of the battery motor vehicle indicator light. The specific inspection method is as follows:

Observe that the controller power indicator (yellow) is off

Measure whether there is a 48V power supply voltage between pin 12 and pin 10 of the socket A on the panel of the host. If not, check the 6A fuse, temperature control switch and related circuits. If so, the control board is broken and needs to be replaced.

The power indicator is on, and the start indicator (green) is off.

1. Check if the 2 pin of controller B socket has 15V starting voltage, if not, the control board is broken; if it is, then measure the voltage of pin 1 of socket B, and there is no 15V on pin 1, then check the micro-motion in the photoelectric setter. Switches and related circuits; if there is 15V on pin 1, check the control board.
2. Check whether the power tube is broken down. If so, replace the power tube.
3. Check whether the full-speed contactor is stuck, and if so, repair or replace the full-speed contactor.

The start indicator is on, but the locomotive cannot work

1. Check if there is voltage output from pin 1 of the A socket of the controller. If so, check the DC and related circuits of the power contactor.
2. If there is no voltage output from pin 1 of the controller A socket, check whether pin 1 and pin 4 are connected and the control board is normal.
3. Check whether the reversing contactor is connected, whether the motor and corresponding lines are disconnected, and whether the carbon brush is too worn, repair or replace it.
4. Check the voltage of pins 4 and 5 of socket B. If pin 5 has 15V and pin 4 has no voltage (given output), the photoelectric setter is broken and repair or replace it; if pin 5 does not have 12V output, control The board is bad and needs to be replaced.
5. The current sensor has no negative voltage, the ground wire is disconnected or the current sensor is damaged. Check that the current sensor socket is in good contact, connect its wiring or replace the current sensor.
6. If the control drive circuit is broken, replace the control board.

The underground mining electric locomotive cannot work at full speed after working for a period of time. It is necessary to check the voltage of the battery electric locomotive, whether it is over-discharged, the control board undervoltage protection circuit operates and the current is limited, and the battery needs to be charged at this time; The set value is limited by current and cannot be full speed. At this time, it can only work after waiting for the machine to cool down.

One thing that everyone needs to pay attention to is that when the underground mining electric locomotive needs to stop immediately in an emergency situation, the braking device should be operated to brake.
