Battery Locomotive

Narrow Gauge Locomotive

(1) Check narrow gauge locomotive whether the levers and pins of the braking system are good, and whether the movement is flexible, and perform oil injection.

(2) Check brake shoe wear and replace brake shoes with excessive wear; check the gap between the brake shoe and the tread of the wheel, and adjust it in a timely manner; remove the dirt on the brake shoe screw and brake shoe.

(3) Inspect the wheel for cracks, whether the tyre is loose, and the degree of wheel tread wear.

(4) Check the transmission gear and gear cover for looseness and wear.

(5) Check the frame spring for cracks and failures, remove dirt from the spring, and fill oil between the hinge point and the balance beam.

(6) Check whether the narrow gauge locomotive body and all bolt pins and cotter pins are complete, whether the bolts are tight, and whether the pins and the cotter pins are well connected. In particular, the device for hanging the traction motor should be carefully checked.

(7) Check the connection device for damage and wear.

(8) Check whether the components of the sand removal system are complete and well connected, whether the sand pipe is blocked, whether it is aligned with the center of the track, and whether the distance from the wheel and the track meets the requirements.

(9) Check whether the pressure of the receiver spring is sufficient, whether the slide is broken and the wear exceeds the limit, and whether the frames, bolts and pins are fully expanded.

(10) Check whether the resistor is broken, whether each terminal is loose, and clean up the dirt.

(11) Test whether the mechanical locking device of the controller is reliable, and whether there is looseness in each terminal 0; check the contacts of the controller, especially the burning of the frequently used contacts.

(12) Check the condition of the traction motor, bearing pad and fuel tank immediately after the locomotive is stopped. Check whether the temperature of the motor exceeds (75 ° C) and whether the temperature of the bearing shell exceeds the limit (65 ° C).

(13) Whether the lighting is intact and the brightness is sufficient, and the fuse should meet the requirements. Check frequently to keep the locomotive clean and drive well. When the driver leaves, he must cut off the power, brake the brakes, park on the safety line, and have good lighting and warning signs.

In addition, when the battery narrow gauge locomotive needs to stop immediately in an emergency, the operator should operate the braking device to brake.
