1. Use a dust blower or clean cotton to remove underground mining locomotivedirt and dust inside the switch and keep all underground mining locomotive parts clean;

2. Check whether the fastening mining electric locomotive parts such as screws and nuts are firm and reliable, and whether the contacts are loose;

3. Check the contact for contact, wear and burn marks. If there are burn marks, you can use a fine file to repair them;

4. Inspect the armature device, tension spring and tie rod for damage and the compression spring on the moving contact for breakage.

Whether the trip device is flexible and reliable, and whether it is stuck or fails; 5. Check whether the insulation performance of live conductor parts on the shell is reliable;

6. Check and adjust the contact breaking distance and rolling distance;

7. Check the arc extinguishing cover for damage and whether the fastening bolts are loose;

8. Check whether the insulation of the inner wall of the metal shell and the insulation base plate are intact;

9. Inspect the metal case for deformation and damage.

10. Check brake shoe wear status, replace brake shoe, adjust brake shoe clearance.

11. Check whether the brake, transmission rod (chain) of the underground mining locomotive braking system and its connecting parts are normal and complete.

12. Inspect the wheel for cracks, whether the tyre is loose, and the wheel tread wear depth.
