Underground Mining Locomotive
The underground mining locomotive is driven by the direct current provided by the battery through the explosion-proof bolt, controller, resistance box and other components to drive the motor, so as to drive the train. The indicator light of the battery locomotive provides a safety guarantee for the use of the locomotive. If there is a fault, it will pose a certain threat to the personal safety. At this time, we should promptly carry out the problem of the indicator light fault of the underground mining locomotive The specific inspection methods are as follows:
Observe that the controller power indicator (yellow) is not on
Measure whether there is 48V power supply voltage between pin 12 and pin 10 of a socket on the host panel. If not, check 6A fuse, temperature control switch and relevant lines. If yes, the control board is broken and needs to be replaced.
The power indicator is on, and the start indicator (green) is not on
1. Check whether there is 15V starting voltage at 2 pins of B socket of controller, if not, the battery locomotive control board is broken; if yes, measure the voltage at 1 pin of B socket again, if no 15V at 1 pin, check the microswitch and related circuits in photoelectric setter; if 15V at 1 pin, check the control board.
2. Check whether the battery locomotive power tube breaks down. If yes, replace the power tube.
3. Check whether the full underground mining locomotive speed contactor is adhered. If so, repair or replace the full speed contactor.
