Do you know the routine maintenance of battery power supply device of battery locomotive? If you don't know it doesn't matter! China coal battery locomotive manufacturer experts tell you!
The inspection of the power supply device shall be carried out in the charging room by the charger. The underground mining locomotive main contents are as follows:
1. Wash the battery frequently with clean water to keep it clean. As long as one item is unqualified, it will lose the explosion-proof performance and must be stopped for treatment.
2. Check underground mining locomotive whether the rubber insulation sleeve is damaged, and whether the pole and live part are exposed.
3. Check whether the connecting line of the storage pool group and the pole welding joint are broken or open.
4. Check the underground mining locomotive battery pack and battery for short circuit and reverse polarity.
5. Check whether the battery tank and cover are damaged and acid leakage; whether the special working bolt is lost or damaged; whether the acid resistant rubber pad is in good condition; whether the cap seat is off; whether the battery sealing agent is cracked and acid leakage.
6. Check whether the connection between the pin connector and the cable is firm and whether the explosion-proof performance is good.
7. Check the corrosion and damage of the box, whether the box cover is deformed, whether the opening and closing are flexible, whether the insulation pad or spraying insulation layer in the cover is complete, and whether the mechanical locking between the box cover and the box is good.
8. The rated voltage of battery locomotive is 100V and below, not more than 60mA; the rated voltage of power supply device is 150V and below, not more than 45mA.
The information provided above is expected to help you in the process of using the battery locomotive in the future. For more technical questions, please leave a message to inquire
