3. Safety regulations
Article 4 You must drive according to signal instructions, and you must give a start signal before driving. It is strictly forbidden to stick your head or body out of the locomotive during operation. Drivers are strictly prohibited from driving outside the vehicle.
It is strictly forbidden to drive without releasing the brakes.
Article 5 The various protections of the electric locomotive must be inspected and tested before each shift; the brakes, lights, alarm bells, connecting devices and sand-spreading devices of the locomotive are not correct.
The locomotive must not be used when the explosion-proof part loses its explosion-proof performance.
Article 6 It is forbidden to leave the work post without authorization, and it is strictly forbidden to leave the driver's cab while the locomotive is running or before it has stopped. When leaving the post temporarily, the power supply of the motor must be cut off.
Turn the controller handle to the zero position, remove the controller handle for safekeeping, tighten the brakes, but do not turn off the lights.
Article 7 When using battery-powered electric locomotives, they shall be charged and refilled on time, and the batteries shall not be discharged.
Article 8 When using electric locomotives to tow or push derailed locomotives or minecarts to rerail, there should be reliable measures, such as the use of rerailing devices.

Article 9 When it is necessary to use locomotive roof cars in parking lot shunting, it is strictly forbidden to roof cars on different tracks, and it is strictly forbidden to roof cars without connecting.
