Article 20 During operation, the controller operating handle is only allowed to stay in the specified "normal operating position" for a long time. If you must stay in other positions for a long time, you should stay in these positions in turn to avoid fixing in a certain position for too long to prevent overheating.
Article 21 When adjusting the vehicle speed, the controller operating handle should be reciprocated to the "normal operation" and "zero position" to stay, and try to avoid using the hand brake to control the vehicle speed.
Article 24 The speed of the train: it must not exceed 4 meters per second when transporting personnel; it must not exceed 2 meters per second when transporting explosive materials or large equipment and materials; it must not exceed 1.5 meters per second when shunting at the depot.
Article 25 When it is necessary to decelerate, the controller operating handle should be gradually turned counterclockwise until it returns to the zero position. The operating handle should return to zero quickly when it is decelerated by a large amount. If the vehicle speed is still too fast, a hand brake can be applied appropriately, with sand spreading as appropriate.

When it is necessary to stop, the train should be driven slowly to the predetermined location according to the above operation sequence, and then the locomotive should be stopped by the hand brake.
