Article 17 When the controller operating handle is turned from the zero position to the first position, if the train does not move, electric locomotive is allowed to turn to the second position. If the train still does not move, generally the handle should not continue to be changed, but the handle should be turned. Return to the zero position and find out the cause. If the wheels of the locomotive slip, you can reverse the locomotive, loosen the connecting chain, and then start the sanding again.
It is strictly forbidden to drag the idling for a long time; electric locomotive is strictly forbidden to start the brake to prevent the wheel from slipping.
Article 18 There should be a time interval of about 3 seconds for the controller operating handle to move from one position to another. Don't overstep the gear too quickly; don't stay between two positions.
