3. When low-speed operation is required, the handle can be pulled back from the full speed position to the appropriate speed position. The driver can control the handle at a speed between 35 ° and 150 ° in the traction position according to actual needs.

4. When the Underground Mining Locomotive is about to stop running, the speed control handle should first be returned to the zero position, and then the handwheel should be mechanically braked. Rotate the handwheel clockwise until it cannot rotate, causing the brake shoe to lock the wheel.

5. When the driver leaves the Underground Mining Locomotive, the locomotive should be in a braking state (the next boarding operation should first release the brake). Return the main and auxiliary handles to the "0" position, take out the reversing handle and take it with you.

6. When the Underground Mining Locomotive is running, it is not allowed to get out of the Underground Mining Locomotive at will or let others control it at will. When it is necessary to leave the Underground Mining Locomotive temporarily, it is necessary to cut off the power of all motors, brake the electric locomotive with the hand wheel braking system, remove the reversing handle and take it away.
