Analysis of Common Causes of Troubles of Overhead Locomotive:

First, it can't start normally. Check whether the positive automatic switch is properly connected, whether the ground wire is normal, whether the connection of the receiving bow is good, and whether the plug between the control panel and the transducer is inserted properly.

Next,the alarm light is on. It may be that overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, grounding, overtemperature and other problems occur. Firstly, press the reset button, then find out the fault point, find out the cause, and deal with them.

Third, the electric brake is not good. It may be that the brake resistance is open, the IGBT module used for braking is broken or the wiring is bad, and the brake control circuit is damaged. The treatment methods include connecting the brake resistance, checking the module and wiring or replacing the brake control plate.
