1) The breaking of the contact line of the pantograph of trolley locomotive is mainly due to the poor contact between the pantograph plate contact rod and the overhead line, or the breaking of the overhead line power supply line and the loose disconnection of the terminal of the overhead line, which results in the overvoltage of overhead locomotive being too low or no voltage.
2) Circuit breaking of automatic switch for electric trolley locomotive: The main reason is that the contact of contact switch burns out and falls off, the power guide line breaks off, the connection terminal falls off or the magnetic coil breaks off, which causes no voltage in the control circuit. At this time, the lighting lamp of overhead locomotive is bright, but the starting position of the main shaft still can not work.
3) Partial circuit break that the controller should lead on: it is mainly caused by the main contact or auxiliary contact falling off, poor contact, broken connection, it can cause the starting position of the spindle handle not to move or part of the starting position not to move. If the 1-8 gears are not moving, this is the main contact 8, 9 or this section of connecting wire break; all positions of series starting are not moving, this is the main contact 6, 9, auxiliary contact 10 or this section of connecting wire break; all positions of parallel starting are not moving, this is the main contact 5, 9 or this section of connecting wire break.
4) Breaking of resistance during starting: It will cause the spindle to start at different positions and not work. According to the starting conditions of different gears, the breaking of starting resistance of a certain section can be judged. If the first position and the second position do not walk in series starting, it may be R1-R2 break; the third position does not walk, it may be R3-R4 break; the fourth position and the sixth position does not walk, it may be R2-R3-R4 break; the seventh position does not walk, it may be R1-R2-R3-R4 break.
5) Circuit breakage in the motor of electric trolley locomotive: it is mainly the main magnetic pole or commutation magnetic pole, or the brush frame connection and terminal break; or the brush does not contact with the rectifier at all, which results in the locomotive not running.
6) Breaking circuit of main circuit of electric trolley locomotive: It may be breaking circuit of static contact 0 and DS2-1 of active part of controller, or bad contact between wheelset and track.
