Check The Maintenance Of Electric Locomotive

Check whether the electric locomotive inner wall insulation of the metal shell and the insulation base plate are complete;

Check the electric locomotive metal shell for deformation and damage.

Check the wear condition of brake shoe, replace the brake shoe and adjust the clearance of brake shoe.

Check whether the brake, transmission rod (chain) and its connecting parts of the brake system are normal and complete.

Check whether the wheel has cracks, whether the wheel hoop is loose, and whether the wheel tread is worn.

Check whether the underground mining locomotive gearbox (cover) is firmly fixed and whether there is oil leakage;

Check the frame spring, hanger and equalizing beam for cracks and serious wear;

Check the connection device, and there shall be no damage and wear out;

Whether the underground mining locomotive sanding device is flexible and reliable, and whether the sand outlet is aligned with the center of the rail surface;

Check whether the air compressor operates normally, whether the air pipe leaks, and discharge the waste in the air storage tank oil and water;

Check whether the commutator, carbon brush and brush grip of air compressor motor are normal;

Check narrow gauge locomotive whether the spring pressure of the current collector, the wear degree of the sliding plate, and the rise and fall of the current collector are flexible and complete;

Check the narrow gauge locomotive terminal blocks and resistance elements of the resistor and make sure they are not loose or broken
