What are the advantages of stringing battery locomotive? The narrow gauge locomotive manufacturer tells you why to choose stringing electric locomotive!

Through the transmission installation, the stringing type underground mining locomotive mobilizes the wheels to rotate, so as to drive the train. The current from the motor flows back to the transformer station through the track. Stringing type battery locomotive is the current from traction transformer to stringing, which enters the circuit and narrow gauge locomotive of electric locomotive through the collector, and then returns to the transformer station through the track. In our country, there are two kinds of DC voltage of underground stringing power grid, which are 250V and 550V, and those in open air are 550V and 750V.

With simple structure, low cost and convenient maintenance, the locomotive has large transportation capacity, high speed, high efficiency of power consumption, low transportation cost, and is widely used. Weakness: rectification and stringing equipment are required, which is not naive enough; stringing has a certain impact on roadway size and pedestrian tranquility; sparks easily occur between pantograph and stringing, which is not allowed to be used in mines with serious gas pollution; investment is relatively large at the initial stage of establishment, but in the long run, the total cost of receiving stringing electric locomotive is much lower than that of battery electric vehicle. Therefore, if the mine conditions permit, the main transportation of the mine should accept the stringing type underground mining locomotive.

The positive pole of the DC power supply is connected with the extrusion wire through the power supply cable. The contact point of the times becomes the power supply point. The negative pole of the DC power supply is connected to the track through the return power cable. The response contact is called the return point. During the operation, the upper part of the electric locomotive running along the track gets electric energy by contacting the crowding line with the pantograph, while the lower part uses the wheel to contact with the track to form a circuit, so that the electric locomotive can pull the tramcar. It can be seen that the running track of the trolley is also the conductor of the current loop.

In order to eliminate the voltage drop of traction power grid, the conductor or copper strip is usually used at the joint of rail to eliminate the resistance at the joint. After the high voltage alternating current is depressurized and rectified by traction converter, the positive pole is connected to the crowding line and the negative pole is connected to the rail. The pantograph on the underground mining locomotive contacts with the crowding line, introduces the current into the car, and then enters the traction motor through the automatic air switch, controller and resistance box to drive the narrow gauge locomotive to run.
