Safety Operation Requirements For Drivers Of Explosion-Proof Electric Locomotive
Date:2021-09-23 Label:
Electric Locomotive
Diesel Locomotive
Underground Mining Locomotive
Drivers of explosion-proof electric locomotive should master:
The mechanism of explosion-proof electric locomotive (electrical machinery); operational safety management, such as reasonable determination of the number of loads to be towed, the brakes, lights, alarm bells (horns), connecting devices and sand-spreading devices of the locomotive. Any abnormality cannot be used. The use of diesel locomotive and driving signals; the prevention of crashes.
1. The underground mining locomotive has a normal alarm bell. The alarm bell must be sounded first when running, and the alarm bell should be sounded in advance when turning.
2. Explosion-proof electric locomotives must be equipped with front and rear red lights, and the red lights are required to turn on before driving.
3. When driving the diesel locomotive, it is strictly forbidden to stick your head out of the locomotive.
4. Strictly follow the driver induction system. Any driver must be strictly trained, and undocumented personnel are not allowed to operate the locomotive.
5. For emergency braking, the electric brake and the hand brake must be used at the same time.
6. The power supply of the diesel locomotive must be disconnected during maintenance, the master controller key must be removed and the brakes must be tightened.
7. In order to effectively prevent the locomotive from colliding with the underground mining locomotive, a signal locking device must be installed.
8. The normal running speed of the explosion-proof electric underground mining locomotive cannot be greater than 4m/s.
9. The distance between locomotives running on the same track must be no less than 100m.
10. It is forbidden to drive non-motor vehicles on the same section of the track.
11. Explosion-proof electric diesel locomotive must use qualified insurance, and pins and rings must be from regular manufacturers.
12. The underground explosion-proof electric locomotive uses miner's lamp to send emergency stop signals.
